AGGREGATE FOR ELECTROSPINDLES

The HSD aggregates designed for the Wood Line electrospindles allow a wide range of machining operations to be carried out, including milling, boring and cutting.

All our HSK and ISO aggregates are made of Avional aluminium, so as to guarantee structural solidity and long term durability.

The Wood Line is being constantly updated with the addition of new models, an example of which is the latest oil-lubricated woodworking aggregate.

Each mechanical, pneumatic and electronic component used in the HSD right angle head undergoes a double testing phase that guarantees optimum quality standards

Main applications

1.For cutting. Blade 270mm.

2. 2 tool outlets. For door locking, pegdrilling, channeling, hinge drilling.

3.1 blade outlet + ER25 collet. For inclined cutting/milling

4.For machining underneath of panel, avoiding the turning of workpiece.

5.1 fixed blade outlet 45°. For edge bevelling, grooving, peg-hole drilling

6.For drilling square holes

7.3 verticals tool outlets. Hinge drilling, line boring applications

8.2 boring + 2 milling toand window frames

9.1 outlet for “Folding” (“V” grooving)

10.Floating outlet for uneven surface.
